What You Can Earn
This is a performance-driven role for top producers:
- $40 – $57.50/hr flat rate
- $50/hr guaranteed for ASE Master Techs (A9 + L1)
- Realistic earning potential: $143,000 – $170,430+
- Monthly production bonuses ($800+)
- Weekly pay with consistent workflow

What You’ll Be Doing
- Engine and transmission R&R
- Timing chains, head gaskets, major teardown/rebuild work
- Advanced drivability and electrical diagnostics

What We Require
- Minimum 6+ years professional experience (heavy line focus)
- Proven ability to handle major repairs independently
- Strong diagnostic skillset (not a parts changer)
- ASE certifications (or willing to obtain quickly)
- A9 & L1 highly preferred

This is not a basic technician role. The Foreman is responsible for technical leadership, shop productivity, quality control, training, and operational excellence.

Leadership Responsibilities
The Shop Foreman serves as the technical and operational leader of the shop floor.
Primary responsibilities include:
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and mentor 9–12 technicians and two apprentices
- Train technicians on diagnostics, workflow efficiency, and quality standards
- Support ASE certification development across the team
- Foster accountability and high-performance culture
Technical Oversight
- Assist with advanced diagnostics and complex drivability concerns
- Provide second-level diagnostic support for technicians
- Maintain high repair accuracy and minimal comebacks
Productivity and Workflow
- Work closely with the Service Manager and Advisors
- Maintain strong shop throughput and efficiency
- Monitor technician productivity and quality metrics
- Ensure proper repair procedures and safety standards
Quality Control
- Verify major repairs and diagnostic processes
- Maintain consistent shop standards
- Protect the shop’s reputation through accurate repairs

Current Duties include:
1. Run office for customers, parts, and technicians,
2. Schedule customers and Technicians (to each technicians strengths)

- Work closely with Owners to create a better process and keep track of Technician hours.
